An ideal room climate not only has positive effects on your well-being, it is also good for our health. The two critical values which determine the room climate are the temperature and the relative humidity.
A too low humidity for instance does not only cause burning eyes and chapped lips, it also leads to a dry nasal mucosa, which reduces our ability to provide protection against inhaled pathogens.
If the humidity is too high there is a risk of mould formation. This can also be prevented thanks to the indicator.
